Beautiful cuckoo clocks designed by Naoto Fukasawa and customized by 50 artists and designers in Japan for an exhibit at the Japanese department store Isetan.

"[For] Isetan and Association NPO - "More Trees" (an organization devoted to the maintenance and conservation of forest and forestation activity in Japan and overseas), designer Naoto Fukawasa has developed a cuckoo clock, using timber removed from over-planted forests. the Isetan living exhibition consisted of 50 customized interpretations of the clock... developed with the hope of presenting a product that can help make life more fun. 5% of all sales will be donated to forest preservation."

I love these! Great modern twist on cuckoos. I think my favorite is the one with the tree growth rings.
