This understated Japanese house by Suppose Design Office is a series of "freestanding" rooms connected by skylights that provide an abundance of natural light into the home. I absolutely love the idea of having indoor/outdoor spaces within the house, and this design is a successful solution to the tightness between properties in urban Japan and the desire for natural light.
